HI Irene--

TurboVac 50 D series???  Where the it was  said that "D" referred to 
"dog"?  I thought they had stopped making that series and reverted back 
to the previous model, plain old TurboVac 50.  Visible difference, old 
model has connector on bottom, "D" series has it on side of pump.
