Hi Gerry,

"D" for dog?  Our turbos are series "E" and "S", I won't print the first 
words that come to mind.

We did XRF on the bits and found 7% by weight non-acceptable elements (Cu, 
Fe, Ni) in the aluminum blade (2% Mg is OK). We are now hoping that the 
explosion did not harm the components directly above the pump.

We can't think why Leybold isn't spending a little money up front to 
prevent the failure of multiple turbos.
