I have some fish muscle samples preserved in ethanol. I am wondering the
influence of ethanol on stable C and N isotope ratios. Does anyone have
any experience or notice publications on this issue? Thanks.

Subject: [ISOGEOCHEM] Delta 18O of Formalin or Ethanol

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has attempted to determine the delta 18O
signature of
10% formalin or 85% ethanol. If so, what values did you obtain?

Thank-you,

Andrea
