Susan,

We have encountered the exact same problem. Even though some of the parts 
comprizing the EPC (Electronic Pressure Control) module have part numbers, 
Agilent will not sell them individually citing as the reason that they 
must be assembled under clean-room conditions. If anyone does find a 
source for these valves, I too would be most interested.
