Hi Richard,

last year, I broke off one of those tubes as well and had to wait for 
week for a replacement (and pay a hefty price for it too).
If I remember it correctly, Gilles St. Jean told me later that you could 
just use a glass capillary (they should be color coded depending on the 
size) and cut it to the right length. Maybe you can contact him directly 
about that.

Otherwise, I do have one original spare tube in case that doesn't work.
