1. Can anyone recommend articles covering exchange of oxygen in phosphoric
acid-carbon dioxide systems...I have McCrea (1950) and Watcher & Hayes,
(1985).

2. Can anyone tell me the rxn temp for the -2.2 del-18 oxygen NBS-19 value?

3. I read in the archives that it is not advisable to keep standards in a
fine-grained form...why is this?  If the powders are sealed and are stored
in a dehydrated environt is this still an issue?
