I would like to bring your attention to the following position:

LAB TECHNOLOGIST-ISOTOPE LABORATORY MANAGER, The University of Kansas Keck
Paleoenvironmental and Environmental Stable Isotope Laboratory. Primary
responsibilities are 1) operation and maintenance of mass-spectrometer and
peripherals; 2) training and supervision of laboratory staff and users 3)
daily management of laboratory. Expected to maintain an active research
program. Required: 1) five years minimum experience in stable isotope
analysis of geological, biological, and archaeological materials, 2) Ph.D.
in Geosciences or relevant discipline, 3) experience in the preparation and
isotopic analysis of organic matter, gases, water, carbonate minerals, and
biogenic materials, 4) demonstrated experience (e.g., thesis, publications,
grants, etc.) of utilizing isotopes for paleoenvironmental or environmental
research. Position is available January 15; screening of applicants will
