Dear list members,

The one part of the DeltaPlus that has given me the most trouble the last
year has been the needle valve. It works fine if you don't tough it, but
sometimes you have to. The needle valve we have is a SMOV on/off valve. The
last time, I had to work on it because it did not close very well. After I
reinstalled it there was a leak. I have been trying for days, but I could
not fix it. Finally we decided to leave it out and directly connect the
capillaries to the MS. This does solve the leaking valve problem, but maybe
there is a more elegant solution. Does anyone know of an alternative for
the needle valve that is not so sensitive for leaks?

Thanks in advance.

Suzan
