Hello Everyone -

I am running a PDZ Europa system, which includes an ANCA and the 2020 
IRMS.  The version of the reprocessing software is 1.999z.31, and I'm 
running it under Windows2000.  The problem I'm having is that I can't seem 
to get it to output reprocessed data correctly.  When I try to generate 
output, whether by creating a text file, asking it to make an excel file, 
or simply printing, it will only generate the data in a raw form (beam 
outputs, beam ratios, signal at leading and trailing zero points, etc); the 
processed data, as it appears on the screen, is not included.  The only 
time the processed data is generated is when the instrument finishes 
collecting data - at the end of the run, it prints the output.

Am I missing something obvious or is there some sort of software 
re-configuring I need to do?
Has anyone out there had this problem?
