Hi Rick,

Do you have access to a good glass blower? When I converted my Conflo 
II to a Conflo III our glass blower made those same pieces for me. I 
think he used some stock tubing he had but I'm sure Microcap pipette 
tubes, as Gerry suggests, would also work.
