This job ad was posted last week, but please note below that the

The Soil and Water Science Department at the University of Florida 
seeks a
dynamic individual to manage the Department's stable isotope research
facility consisting of a Finnigan DeltaPlus XL isotope ratio mass
spectrometer (IRMS) and peripheral devices (elemental analyzer, GC, and
Gasbench). Experience in laboratory management, mass spectrometry, and a
bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization are required
(M.S. preferred). The facility manager will be responsible for the 
operation
and maintenance of the mass spectrometer and associated preparation 
systems,
training of students in mass spectrometry, coordinating instrument 
usage,
and overseeing laboratory quality control and database management. The
person is also expected to analyze carbon and nitrogen isotopes in 
research
soil, plant, water, and gas samples.  Starting annual salary range for 
this
full time position is $34,055-$45,000 with a competitive benefits and
