I have a silly problem and I hope someone out there has a simple solution.
For whatever reason, our PAL autosampler (on a Gas Bench attached to
a Delta Plus XP) is no longer getting a 'start' signal from ISODAT.
I've changed nothing in my methods (in ISODAT or on the PAL), just
nothing happens when the PAL is supposed to be moving. I've check all
my connections. I used PAL loader on the PC to say 'hi' to the PAL,
and it worked. I've shut down and restarted the computer and the PAL
repeatedly. No change. The PAL arm moves fine when I control it from
its attached "iPod" interface. I'm stumped.
Anything else I should try?
Thanks,
~Penny
