HI Penny--
Wrong syringe selected? Check method to see what syringe it uses, the
do the "chg syr" and select the correct one. We've turned our syringe
detection off, so we have to select ours manually. Also, the tray used
by default is "tray01". If there isn't a "tray01" defined, that may
cause problems too.
