Have you also tried the cleaning out the dropper and the tubing with that fine stiff wire? The acid reservoir vent stopcock isn't plugged is it? Seems like you should be able to clean rather than purchase. Good luck.

Have you tried advancing the acid tubing at all?  We find that over  
time the acid tubing at the valve eventually loses its elasticity and  
does not expand when the valve itself is opened.  When this happens we  
remove the tubing from the valve and cut away the collapsed portion,  
then advance the tubing so that a fresh part is within the valve.  
This way you can greatly extend the life of the acid tubing, until it  
becomes too short to advance it further.

and they are very expensive almost $360.00 only for the capillary. The
sequence terminates after few runs because of timing out when acid

I tried increasing the acid drop time from 120 sec to 180 sec, it was  
fine for
few runs and start terminating the sequence again.
