Hi all,

Now that my computer running our IsoPrime has been replaced, rebuilt, and can talk to the instrument, I am getting the following error message only after a sample is completely analyzed:

Peak database 'RunCO2Vial_4.pdb' not found - aborting DP

The only difference I am able to detect so far between the old system and the new one is within the individual excel files created by masslynx. The old system indicates it is in fact linked to LIMS (TRUE) while the new system is not linked (FALSE). Perhaps these are unrelated. Any insights? Thanks.
