Hi Giovanni,
We don't specialise in food or forensic isotopic analyses but routinely run stable isotopes of solid materials for C and N as well as TC analyses and C isotopes of dissolved materials.

Best wishes
Evelyn

Buongiorno all,

does anyone know whether (and where) there are in Australia Universities, laboratories or companies involved in the analyses of stable isotopes in food and/or forensic?

Thank you all Ozzies and not!
