   I have one Isoprime EA-IRMS which can do N&C isotope and N%&C%. Most of
time, we only need C% and N%. has anybody even done C%&N% without mass
spec running (let mass spec to be idle, only use the EA since there is
one TCD in EA)?
   the software that we use is masslynx.
   I am thinking, if I select "do nothing" for MS File. and select "EA
analysis" for EA File, will it be that only EA run and Mass spec stays
idle?

    could anybody help me with this?
