First, a big thank you to all who replied.  Everyones comments have been very helpful.  As a general reply to those who suggested altering the building air supply:

Our building air is currently at approx. 42psi.  Physical Plant is unable, for reasons unknown, to alter the regulator attached to the building compressor.  Running a new line directly from the compressor is likely to cost us in the same range as getting our own compressor.  Someone mentioned that their Delta+ has a pressure regulator that brings the pressure down to about 58 psi. Any comments on just how much pressure you actually need to function?
