"sqlservr.exe" is a service running a database (Microsoft SQL server) that 
can be part of an application on your PC/server. One of your programs might 
be using a database: most of the instrument software do as well as other 
such would backup software or simply a SQL server. If it is part of an 
application, killing the process may lead to loss of current data in the 
memory.
You need a programmer to look and determine what application is using it.
