Dear Marshall,

Perhaps not strictly on the subject of nutritional stress but definitely related and worth considering for your literature review are the following.

O'Connell, T.C. and Hedges, R.E.M., 1999
O'Connell, T.C., Hedges, R.E.M. et al., 2001
Williams, J.H. and O'Connell, T.C., 2002

Best,

Wolfram

Subject: [ISOGEOCHEM] Stable Isotopes and Nutritional Stress

Dear Members,

I am presently reviewing the literature on the potential effects of nutritional stress on the isotopic composition of animals. I believe that I have a handle on most of the literature, but I want to try my best to reference as many studies as possible. If any of you are aware of studies (not listed below) that experimentally address this issue, I would be pleased to include them. Please contact me off of the listserve. Thanks in advance.
