Dear All,

I would like to know different kinds of software that are commercially
available used for interpreting palioclimatic data. Some of the uses are
a)spectrum analysis of uniform and non-uniform data set, such as Power
Spectrum, SSA, Wavelet analysis. 2) Principal Component analysis, EOF and
SVD analysis and ofcourse ploting of 2D and 3D data.  (for Windows operating
system).

I would appreciate very much if you give some suggestion.

You could try the softwares SPSS and SIGMAPLOT, respectively for statistical
analysis and data presentation (www.spss.com).
