While there must be some careful members of this community somewhere, every
apparatus of this kind that I have seen simply sits out in the open in a
well-ventilated lab and does not contain the reagent in a controlled space.
We placed our large vessel of BrF5 in a rarely used room to mitigate danger
to people, and have built a box with a small fan and getter around the tank
of F2 that sits in our lab, but to be honest these are simply cosmetic
measures.  The 'industry standard' for working with these compounds is to
tell everyone in the lab to run if something leaks, and to never let
inexperienced people monkey with large reservoirs.  Good luck getting the
safety office of a national lab to accept that as an explanation.
