Dear Elise Pendall

I am Shankar Meti, Working as a Scientist in Rubber Research Institute of 
India. I did my MSc in Agriculture with specialisation in Agronomy and I 
am interested in doing PhD. Recently I did undergone short term overseas 
training at University of Florida, USA on tree-tree competition for 
nutrient and water using stable isotopes. Please let me know how to
