If you don't get a manual through the list serve, I found the folks at Pfeiffer
Vacuum in the US to be very helpful when we were having turbo pump problems.
They helped trouble shoot via the phone...
They are in the eastern time zone (in New Hampshire) and the FAX (in the US) is
