You could look in the following, which does give some leaf-fruit comparisons:

Taxonomic, anatomical, and spatio-temporal variations in the stable carbon and nitrogen isotopic compositions of plants from an African savanna

Subject: [ISOGEOCHEM] d13C in fruit and leaves

Does anyone know of a study that looks at differences (or lack there of)
between d13C in fruit and leaves across a diversity of C3 plant species?

Thanks in advance,
Ross
