Three years ago we had a leak in the left side bellow. I exchanged it
finally with a new one from Finnigan (about 2700,- USD, when I remember
this correct)

However colleques told me that a repair is much cheaper (around 500,- or
so). For repair you may contact:

VAT Deutschland GmbH
Vakuumanlagen und -apparate Grasbrunn
Bretonischer Ring 7
85630 Grasbrunn
Germany
Tel.: +49-(0)89 465015

international web page is:
www.vatvalve.com

We never sent ours for repair. It's still in the drawer...

Robert
