Dear Jessica,
Whatever you do, don't try to create 3-dimensional plots with Excel but I
guess you figured that out already (hence your question).
Further to suggestions made by other list members, you can use SYSTAT (a
more powerful and more expensive version of SigmaPlot from the same software
company; http://www.systat.com/) or Slidewrite Plus 6.0/6.1
(http://www.slidewrite.com) from Advanced Graphics Software.
