I am trying to find out if regular AOL not AOL@school is considered CIPA
approved or if using AOL violates CIPA. I need documented information to
use with my board. We currently use AOL in our library however I know
that our filtering system does not work on sites if you go through AOL.

Another point is the use of personal email vice using the school's email
system. Could the schools who have existing policies on this please
forward me copies of those policies. Also I would like to here any
problems other schools may have had using or not using personal email
accounts.

Thanks,

Todd Ponto
