This is great!  It's obvious that your team put a lot of effort into
designing the questions.   This would be good to include in our VTCite
PD resources (people not currently involved with VTCite will hear more
about our project in the near future).

Hello.

Attached is a copy of the educational technology integration survey we
recently used at CCSU. 

It was distributed to the staff through Survey Monkey. We experienced
some problems with Survey Monkey freezing up when people were in the
middle of the survey. It had an negative impact on the number of people
who completed the survey.
