Does anyone know if there is a way to set the default colors for charts in Excel 2003 so that some of the colors are patterns rather than colors? We are trying to create several charts for a presentation that will be copied in B&W and need 5 distinct patterns for sections on pie charts. I do know that I can do each individually, but there are about 50 charts, with 3 - 5 sections on each chart - very tedious to do each one separately!
The only way I have been able to find for changing the defaults does not allow me to change to patterns - just to different colors.
If not possible in Excel 2003, is it possible in 2007?
Thanks.
