taken up with other non-paid pursuits.

Be it known if any of you don't read the weekly emails form the USAC 
that a tiny school in VT (Townshend) was FIRST in the USA to submit a 
certified 471.
So, with the utmost of respect to the bureaucracy that we may/may not 
be developing in terms of a State Wide system, what it boils down to 
is doing the job ASAP.
Yes, I am still here and still a real pain. BTW, and this is an 
honest question since I plan for the future, are we going to have to 
do a new tech plan next year?????
Last year it was, as I recall, a "Minimum" two year scenario.
Planning for the future, are we going to have to redo tech plans 
08/09? Need decision NOW so I can start working with the staff and 
the tech Committee at the beginning of September.
