Not to correct Steve, but we do not use schooldude for our service
request system. We have a custom home built database for our IT support
system. Schooldude is used for other things including service request
system for maintenance.

We use SchoolDude here at South Burlington, as well. I don't manage it,
but I've used it a number of times. It works, but the interface is slow
and not very polished. I do wonder why companies that seek to provide
professional services pick such stupid names. SchoolDude isn't alone in
that department.

We are using SchoolDude. We have been using it for about 4 years and
like it a lot. It was originally written for maintenance, then they
added IT to it so at CCSU we picked it up because maintenance had a
license.
We now have over 27000 tickets in the system. Reporting and tracking is
good. there is a web requester and tickets placed by the web requestor
are routed by helpdesk.
