Greg is correct, UNLESS you are running SLP on your servers.  Then it
doesn't work.....

:(

It worked great for me until I needed SLP, set that up and my 2 OS X
machines can no longer login in to ANY Novell server.  I see them, but
can't attach.

Apple says it is a known bug with NETWARE...  One of our techs is
working a 'work around'
