I am considered a "paraprofessional" also here at Rutland Town School and am
paid as such. I assist teachers in lab, search sites for the teachers, help
with computer instruction, maintain all programs and servers and computers,
install programs, troubleshoot, rebuild & repair computers and servers,. I
have been in this position for 4 school years and have learned along the
way. I am often told (by administrators and staff) that I could take my
"talents" elsewhere for more pay; however, I am happy in what I do and enjoy
working with the children in my school.
