We are using GroupWise for scheduling (w/3rd party software it can be
web enabled) and we are using SchoolDude for Helpdesk ticketing and
tracking.  Works pretty well in spite of the name.

Hi Folks,
   
  I am looking for recommendations for the following uses:
   
  Room scheduling
  This would be for building use and lab scheduling (external and
internal).  I would like it to be web based if possible.  If not,
something we can put on our server.  I would like users to be able to
view current reservations and submit requests.
   
  Work Request Tracking
  I need some sort of system where staff can make requests that will go
into some sort of DB that can be manipulated.
   
  Bus Scheduling
  I would like to be able to enter student names and addresses and have
the software creat the most efficient bus runs.  We do not need anything
that tracks student/bus traffic or positions.
