Hi all,

We sent our source (Delta Plus) off to be cleaned and once we got it
back we found that the "source alignment pin" was loose and happened to
slide back into the upper ring of the source. The consequence is that the
gas inlet hole is now more or less completely blocked. One would think that
if it slid in so easily that it would slide back out with just as little
ease. However, turning it upside down and picking at it has not worked.
Has anyone else experienced the same and if so...what was the fix?

Thanks,

Joe
