Has your school enabled Google Plus? If it has and the student created a Google Plus account and his birthday indicates he's under 13 they will disable his account. The GAE admin can fix it in the dashboard.

Subject: Google educational domain suspended user
We have a student who has been suspended/disabled on his google account and is now unable to access his google drive.
Google's ms is that we must enter a 13 year-old birthdate - He is 12, but we have fourth graders using google drive...no issue.
We're not sure what happened, except that he may have inadvertently clicked on setting up a google+ account.
Could anyone offer help? Thanks, Holly
