Hi all,

I'm having a tough time finding this article cited in the two IUPAC Technical Reports "Atomic weights of the elements" as being the link between the 13C/12C VPDB delta scale and the corresponding "absolute" isotope ratio. Does anyone know where I might get a copy? I've exhausted Google Scholar and my library.
