Hi all,

We have a problem with our old (one of the first versions) Triplus AS which sits on our GC-IRMS, we've suddenly started to get an error "vial sensor always busy" - before I embark on what could be an expensive process I'm hoping that someone might be able to tell me if this something we can potentially easily try and solve by cleaning a contact or something? I've tried turning off/on etc. but it's consistently occurring. When turned back on it does go through the start of its usual procedure to check its limits but then the error kicks in. Any ideas?
