There are many "human tissues", if you consider them categorized by their chemical makeup (which you should be for isotope ratio analysis). However, for some purposes, the physical form is important as well; e.g., it is important to specify ground our cut hair for hydrogen and oxygen isotopes. What are you most interested in? For ground muscle tissue, NIST8414 may be of use, as it's widely distributed amongst many labs that I know of.
