Dear listmembers,

  my sincere apologies.
  I did not intend to bash or badmouth the company or its staff members 
in public.

I "just" needed urgent help and chose the wrong  way asking for help on 
the list.
It was my fault, I had used a wrong contact email address. Hence my 
email never reached them, and they could not reply, what they usually do 
very quickly.

Contact with Sercon is fine and works well.
My Mas spec related problem is solved.

Please, put the blame on me and not Sercon.
