Autosampler fault on Isoprime GCC

Hi

I have a problem that my IonVantage software on my Isoprime 
GC-combustion unit is showing a fault in the Agilent 7890 autosampler.  
The 7890 itself is NOT showing a fault and is ready to inject.

Communications between the PC and the GC seem weak, with occasional 
errors when an autosampler reset is attempted.  But there also seems to 
be a problem with the Inlet object in IonVantage as it throws an error 
on startup and doesn't shut down with the main program.

Any thoughts gratefully received!
