Qualification #1:  That person should have a good therapist....

I think qualifications are directly linked to pay.  The more qualified
you want, the more you have to pay.  I think that many people in the IT
field work for schools to get the experience and training they need to
make the money they deserve.  I had a recent discussion with my boss
concerning this.  We both agreed that if I had the training required to
run the 1260 computer WAN we have, he couldn't afford me....
