Hi Folks,
I was confused about where we were supposed to report returning asphalt
smells.
Jeff says: emailing ([log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>_).
I recommend that employees copy their supervisors when reporting to risk
management.

Hi Keith,
If building occupants could register their complaint with our department
by emailing ([log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>_), that would be
ideal. This account is managed by three people in our group who can
then initiate correspondence with the State of Vermont.
Thank you,
Jeff
