Pfeiffer in the UK have had stock of some of these older items, and are also good at servicing/refurbishing. You might try your local Pfeiffer. If you do send it to them, make sure you keep the shielding that Gerard is mentioning and the splinter shield so you can refit them when you get the turbo back.

Just a reminder, there are stainless steel shields for the turbos to on at least some of the Delta designs--mainly to minimize effects of magnetic fields if I recall correctly. I don't think the new pumps fit the old shields.
That said, I'm not sure how much they help. It also may depend on if you do a lot of peak jumping or routinely work at higher field strength.
