Hi Robbie,
This information may not be a great deal of help to you, but
if you get really desperate it might be worth a phone call or letter.
I installed a stable IRMS in an institute in Northern Italy which was
dedicated to the investigation of wine adulteration. At the time of the
installation (about six years ago) the scientist in charge of the facility
was a very freindly and helpful sort, I feel sure that if you were to contact
him he would at least be able to point you in the right direction. I have
never come across another institute specializing in wine adulteration, it
seems to me that this guy should be something of an expert on the subject
(but I could be wrong).

   Here are the details:
                                 Dr. Fabiano Reniero
                                 Instituto Agrario Provinciale
                                 Laboratorio Analisi e Ricerca
                                 (via Mach 1)
                                 38010 S.Michele all'Adige
                                 Trento
                                 Italy

                                 Tel: 0461-650108 Fax: 0461-650872

   I hope this is helpful.

   Best regards,
                        Matt
