Dear Isopeople,

I wonder if some of you have experience with diamond windows.
Synthetic diamond windows like DIAFILM are supposed to be
"the best windows for high - power CO2 lasers". It has extremely
high thermal coductivity, 10 times larger than aluminium. It is also
hard enough (expecially when compared to BaF2) to be everlasting.
The question is : does it react with BrF5 in low temperatures ?
If it does not react, what do you think about using DIAFILM in CO2
laser fluorination systems ?

With best regards,
