Len, do you have a phone number for Cole Palmer as we are in need of a
manometer as well.
Thanks

Howie,

Cole Parmer has a really slick compact vacuum manometer (0-1400 mb)
for about $900USD. It can be attached to a line with UltraTorr
fittings. It runs on a rechargeable battery so there are no cables
hanging everywhere. We've had one for about 4 years with no troubles.

Subject: reference material and manometer source question

To Whomever can help:

I've got a couple of quick questions.

First, can anyone tell me what the current accepted values are for
the NIST nitrogen isotope stds N2 and N3? If you have a reference,
that
would really help.

Second question. I am looking for a good digital manometer to
attach to a vacuum extraction line. We want to be able to calibrate
the
manometer to calculate gas yields off samples. Can anyone recommend a
manufacturer and transducer/gauge assembly that has provided them with
good
service through the years?
 Thanks for you help.

Howie Spero
