dear all

We are experiencing a problem with our Carlo Erba NCS2500 elemental
analyzer. When we start a run we get the message "error: gas flow out of
range".
We checked for the presence of leaks and  the gas seems to flow correctly.
Could it be a problem be caused by the sample carussel? Did anybody
experience the same problem before?
