Would people who use this list please please recognise the fact that
if you want to send thanks back to someone for help, or any other
personal message, you should NOT just reply back to their list
message (which then goes out to everyon), but should bother to mail
a new separate message with THEIR ADDRESS ONLY in it.

Getting endless garbage messages on the list server is not only very
annoying but also an unnecessary time waster for others. I'm sure
many will agree with this.

PLEASE be considerate to your colleagues. The list is an extremely
useful means of communicating and only works efficiently if used
properly.
